1. The project is about going into the consumers mind and what makes people buy certain products.
2. what worked well was finding the watches

Gig Poster


  1. The project is about using Illustrator to create a professional looking gig poster.
  2. What worked well in the project was using text to make the poster pop.
  3. The part that was most challenging for me was deciding what I wanted to make the background and how i wanted to make it.
  4. What I might do differently next time is draw my own artwork to put in there instead of it being so basic.
  5. The tools that I used were the gradient tool, text tool, square tool.
  6. Some ways i can apply what I learned outside the classroom is if i ever need to make some kind of poster for some reason I know how.

Skateboard Design


  1. The project is about creating your own skateboard design and then going back and improving or making several different renditions of your skateboard design.
  2. What worked well for me was the gradient tool. Also another thing that worked well for me was my first skateboard design came to me really quick.
  3. The most challenging part of the project for me was going back and trying to change or improve the design.
  4. What I think I might do differently next project is manage my time a lot better. Another thing i might do next project to make it go smoother is to try and learn some new aspects of Illustrator that I can use.
  5. The tools that I used for this project were the gradient, pen, shape builder, and line tool. I used all these together to make me skateboard designs.
  6. Some ways Ia can use what I learned outside of the classroom is I want to make my own clothing.







Pen Tool Practice 2

The project is about tracing an image that we took from the school with the pen tool.

What worked well was tracing the image.

The most challenging part of the project was finding something to take a picture of.

The tools that I used was the pen tool to trace the image. Then I used the live paint bucket tool to make the image pop with color after I traced it.

Some ways I can use what I learned in the future is in the making of a t shirt.

Magazine Project


  1. This project was all about criticizing false advertising then re creating the image to what It would really look like if it was being truthful.
  2. What worked well for me was the criticizing part of the project were we had to go over all the flaws of the ad.
  3. The most challenging part for me was re creating the ad to make it truthful.
  4. I think next time Ill spend more time focusing on the task at hand.
  5. The tools that I used were the text box tool, the line tool, magic select tool, and magic lasso tool.
  6. Some ways I can take this information out of the classroom and apply it too life is to see how un truthful ads really are.
